Ray Holden graduated from university with a Double Major in Accounting and Computing in 1988.  Following graduation Ray joined Price Waterhouse working in the audit division on a diverse range of clients, and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Australia in 1992. 

Ray gained commercial experience as a Financial Controller/Group Accountant for privately owned diverse companies.

 In 1994 he joined Baines & Associates as a principal.  In 2005 Ray merged Baines & Associates and Ted Brindal & Associates to become Holden Accountants.  He has since also formed an aliance with Integro Private Financial Consulting to offer his clients a more wholistic and cost effective approach to helping you achieve your financial goals.
